NEXT Step Class

Whether you joined several months ago or are interested in finding out more about Helen First, this is an exciting time of vision casting and exploration of all the HFBC Ministries and programs.

NEXT STEP is a 3-week course led by Pastor Jim about the mission and ministries of HFBC. The course is a requirement for full HFBC membership and is offered to anyone interested in learning more about HFBC. The next group begins November 3, 2024 from noon to 2:00pm and meets November 10 & 17. A light lunch and childcare will be provided.

Enjoy the vibrant autumn colors on a 26-mile scenic journey along the Toccoa River. Experience the beauty of the Appalachian foothills and native wildlife on this relaxing 4-hour extended excursion. During a 2-hour stopover, explore the charming sister towns of McCaysville, GA, and Copperhill, TN—perfect for shopping, dining, and strolling.

Details:

  • Cost: $50 per person (pay at sign-up)

  • Limited spots: First 29 people; minimum of 15 required

  • Meet: 9:00 a.m. at the Blue Ridge Train Depot

  • Train: Open Air Coach (dress for the weather)

  • Sign-up deadline: October 10 or when full
