How Do I Join Helen FBC?
Being part of a church family is essential in your relationship with Christ. You can belong to the HFBC family in two ways:
1. By Profession of Faith and Baptism
For people who have received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and followed Him in baptism
2. By Letter or Statement
For people who have made a profession of faith, been scripturally baptized in another church, and now desire to unite in membership with our church family.
Completing a new members' course (Next Step) is required to become a member of Helen FBC.
How Do I Become a Christian?
The Bible says all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).
But God loved the world so much that He sent Jesus, His Son, to die on a cross and pay the penalty for our sins (John 3:16; Romans 5:8).
You can become a Christian by admitting to God that you have sinned (1 John 1:9), and by acknowledging Jesus as Lord of your life and placing your faith in Him to save you from your sins (Romans 10:9).
